Definitions
The promoter pro v ides no w arranties or g u arantees in respect of the Lots and accepts no liabilit y or responsibilit y to an y B uy er in respect of an y lot w hatsoe v er . 3.
‘ Agent ’ means Gilliland Li v estock Marketing Pt y Ltd ABN 66 202 001 096.

GST
All Lots are sold e x cl u si v e of GST . The p u rchase price w ill be the total of the s u ccessf u l bid price , pl u s GST .
‘ Bidding Conditions ’ means terms p u rs u ant to w hich a B uy er registers to participate in this A u ction .
Payment Terms 1.
‘ B uy er ’ means the legal entit y to w hom a Lot is considered as sold to , on the fall of the hammer .
All Lots are sold ‘ per each ’ ( i . e the p u rchase price is on a per head basis ).
‘ G u arantee ’ means an y g u arantee or w arrant y pro v ided in respect of a Lot in these Terms and Conditions or implied b y la w.
All Lots are at the risk and e x pense of the B uy er immediatel y on the fall of the hammer . Neither the Vendor nor the Promoter w ill be responsible for an y loss or damage to a Lot from this time . It is recommended each B uy er consider the need to take o u t appropriate ins u rance co v er in respect of their p u rchased Lot / s . B uy ers w ith an appro v ed credit facilit y w ith the Agent m u st pa y the Agent for Lots p u rchased in accordance w ith the terms of that facilit y. For B uy ers w itho u t an appro v ed credit facilit y w ith the Agent , in v oices w ill be iss u ed b y the Agent to each B uy er follo w ing the A u ction . In v oices m u st be paid in f u ll before li v e Lots ma y be transported from the A u ction v en u e .

‘ Vendor ’ means the legal entit y presenting a Lot for sale in this A u ction .

Acknowledgement B y participating in the A u ction , y o u are deemed to ackno w ledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions . Title to each Lot w ill pass to the B uy er u pon receipt of pa y ment of the rele v ant in v oice .

In the Vendor ’ s absol u te discretion , Lots that ha v e not been paid for b y the date 14 da y s after the date of in v oice ma y be considered forfeited , in w hich case the B uy er w ill ha v e no claim or entitlement in respect of the rele v ant Lot .

Transport Transport of all Lots is the B uy er ’ s responsibilit y, and at the B uy er ’ s cost . 1.
The A u ction has been organised b y the Promoter ho w e v er , each Lot is presented for sale b y its respecti v e Vendor .
