If the B uy er of a Lot enters that Lot in the 2026 Caboolt u re Ma z da Beef Grand Pri x Sho w and that Lot achie v es one or more of the follo w ing res u lts , the B uy er is entitled to recei v e the corresponding b uy er incenti v e pa y ment : Buyer Incentives 1.

B uy ers Promoter ’ s reasonable costs associated w ith the care of Lots remaining at the A u ction v en u e after this time . Unless other w ise agreed w ith the Agent , these costs are to be paid to the Promoter before the rele v ant Lots are transported from the A u ction v en u e . w ill be responsible for the Unless agreed w ith the Promoter prior , an y Lots remaining at the A u ction v en u e on the date 2 b u siness da y s after the A u ction w ill be considered abandoned and forfeited to the Promoter . Forfeit u re of a Lot does not release the B uy er from the liabilit y to pa y the p u rchase price of the rele v ant Lot / s .

Onl y the original B uy er of the Lot from the A u ction is eligible for the b uy er incenti v e pa y ments in respect of that Lot . If the B uy er sells or other w ise disposes of the Lot ( in w hole or in part ), the B uy er w ill no longer be eligible to earn an y incenti v e pa y ments . 2.
Lots All Lots w ill be made a v ailable for inspection prior to commencement of the A u ction . 1.

As part of a s y ndicate arrangement w ith a B uy er / s , a Vendor ma y retain no more than 49% o w nership in a Lot . In this case , the Vendor m u st retain ph y sical possession of the Lot and prepare the Lot for The Caboolt u re Ma z da Beef Grand sho w on behalf of all o w ners . An y retained o w nership m u st be declared to the Promoter on the Sale Date . In the e v ent of retained o w nership , an y incenti v e pa y ments w ill be red u ced b y the amo u nt of the retained o w nership . For e x ample , if the Vendor retains 30% o w nership in a Lot that w ins o v erall Grand Champion , the incenti v e pa y ment w ill be red u ced b y 30% ($3,500 instead of $5,000).

While all care has been taken and each Vendor has u sed their reasonable j u dgement in breeding , raising and selecting their respecti v e Lots , no g u arantees are pro v ided in respect of the f u t u re performance of an y Lot .
Calf Weaning Some Lots offered in the A u ction ha v e not been f u ll y w eaned prior to A u ction da y. 1.
